DanceSport India presents the Winter Dance Camp 2011 – Performance Batches. Starting from 14th Nov-19th Dec we will all be dancing our hearts out. The below mentioned batches will include training in choreographies in dance forms like Rumba, Paso Doble, Salsa, Jive, Rueda….. but this time along with authentic Latino music you will also be performing to some popular Bollywood tunes (But of course with Latin dancing)

So put on your dancing shoes… and make sure you dont miss out on the fun!!

• DSI founders Shannon and Priit were invited to judge the 5th National DanceSport Championship, July 2011 at Mysore.
• Team Maharashtra wins 2nd Rank in India.
• Gold Medal won by Miten & Vallary (ex-DSI students n trainers in Grade C – Latin.
• Out station students from DSI from Chandigarh state win.
• Madhav & Tanaya won Gold in Under 12 category Grade C – Latin.
• Rank 4 in Adult category Grade B – Latin won by Bandeep & Jasmeet.

• PIDC (2nd Pune International Dance Championship)

2nd Pune International Dance Championship to be held on 22nd July, 2011.

The concept of PIDC is to learn . perform . Compete and party
Pune International dance congress Is a concept by Rocky Poonawala to bring all the best teachers and performers from India and all over the world to to teach students and fellow dancers different dance styles.

Highlights:

Priti n Shannon will be teaching, performing and judging at this event.
Also DSI students will be partcipating in championship.

• The 3rd Maharashtra State Open Championship 2011

The 3rd Maharashtra State Open Championship has been announced and DanceSport India is once again leading the dancesport community by organizing this event. More details will be put up shortly.
